Rich dried straw hew in color. The high level of carbonation guarantees a generous immaculate white lacy froth. The beer’s cloudiness is typical of a wheat beer.
One will get aromas of rich grainy fresh wheat, as well as clove and banana on the nose. No perceivable bitterness whatsoever.
Upon tasting, a certain sweetness reminiscent of caramelized banana bread will be present. You will also have cloves in the flavor profile. These particular aromas and flavors are naturally produced by the type of yeast used. No fruits or spices are added.
Pleasant long lasting full bodied mouthfeel lingers on the palate.
